WELCOME TO THE PHOENIX PROJECT
The Phoenix Project is a charity organisation that offers primal scream Beach Mornings, Coffee Mornings and Retreats based out of Noordhoek Beach, Cape Town, South Africa.
Running since 2022, we are a growing community of women and men who share a determination to take control of our lives by embracing our inner firepower.
We provide a conscious toolkit of techniques, practices and resources to get you reconnected and re-integrated with your primal power, giving you a greater sense of identity, calm, confidence and capability.

Season 4 takes place from October 2024 - April 2025.
Every Phoenix Season we welcome a class of 25 new Members only.
Every Member has their own Phoenix Week, their Coffee Morning on the Monday and their Beach Morning on the Friday.
Brooke also makes himself available for calls and texts throughout the Member’s Phoenix week to answer any questions that might arise when writing the Totems.
Due to very high demand, we are already fully booked for the coming season but we have opened a Limited Waiting List for those interested in securing a place should one become available.
To ensure as few barriers to access as possible, there is no cost for Coffee Mornings & Beach Mornings, although donations are very welcome to our partner charity, The Saartjie Baartman Centre.

LEVEL 1
THE COFFEE MORNING
At every step of the way, we encourage you to listen to your intuition, checking in with yourself about how you are feeling and what you are comfortable with.
A Beach Morning is a big undertaking mentally and physically, so we meet for a coffee first to get to know each other, and to talk through everything that you wish to talk through.
We also start planning out what you wish to write for your Totem Writing, the summary of whatever it is you are struggling with and ready to let go of on your Beach Morning.
No time limit, no cost, no stress, just a good chat with great views and coffee.
Location: Lily’s, Cnr Beach Rd & Surrey Pl Shop 1, East West, Mouille Point, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa.
Time: 8am.
Mondays from November ‘24 to April ‘25.

LEVEL 2
THE BEACH MORNING
Llandudno Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and sunrise is its most magical time. The sun, moon and stars are all out together as a divine cosmic audience just for you, with not another soul around to disturb us. It is the perfect setting for our primal scream Beach Morning.
Location: Llandudno Beach, Cape Town, South Africa
Time: Sunrise, 6.15am - 12.15am.
Fridays from November ‘24 to April ‘25.
How: 1-on-1 with Brooke
